Have you ever wondered what therapy might look like?

Narrative Therapy
Healing and restoration is the desired outcome not symptom management. I believe that my clients come to counseling with the desire to put in the work needed to experience growth and transformation. While there is a time for everything, including employing a few tools to simply cope and mange symptoms, my desire is that your time in counseling will be one in which you will experience sure and lasting change.
Narrative therapy helps clients cultivate meaning from the chapters we've lived and unpack ways that the good and even bad chapters are all apart of a great design and can work together for our good.

Key Features:
Collaborative and non-pathologizing approach.
Clients are seen as the experts of their own lives.
Focus on externalizing problems and rewriting personal stories.
Common Uses: Trauma, identity issues, and relationship conflicts.
